Rubber/Vinyl and/or Shiny Costume Fetish – Who Likes These Costumes? (NSFW)

I have never worn a rubber or shiny vinyl lycra costume to a comic con before. The shininess always deters me as I get distracted easily and I suffer from ADHS- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity – SHINY!!!! That’s a joke, but I have worn one rubber-y costume in private briefly. It is not preference for costumes, but I did like the look and was interested in more. I wish I took a picture of it. I know there are a lot of people into costuming as a fetish and some of them like the vinyl/rubber aspect more than spandex. I have always preferred spandex but I do want to either commission someone or buy a costume like this myself. But I have no idea how to sow this material. Which means, I do not know how to start. Anyone out there into this type of costuming? Any leads or tips? What is your experience?
