Who else is psyched about Black Panther this week?! I love Michael B. Jordan and him playing Killmonger is such great casting. We will all just pretend that Jordan was the Human Torch briefly, similarly on how we all forget about Chris Evans (Captain America) playing the Human Torch as well. From everything I have read, this movie looks to be intensely badass. I will do my own review on the movie when I see it this weekend. So in the meantime, here’s some Michael B. Deimos is a Taro Demon that was a badass fighter of hell, who is trying to redeem himself in the eyes of heaven. His ongoing series from ClassComics.comClass Comics has had him go through a slew of battles that has cost the demon in terms of his friendship and love. In the attached video I talk about the series as a whole that encompasses all of the comic books released as of today, which is issues #0 – #3.

Katsucon 2018 has passed and it was a lot of fun! There were so many incredibly badass costumes of every genre that you can imagine. I did look for more hot male cosplayers than female, but I still did appreciate many of the wonderful women that also had cosplays that was just as detailed and awesome. Russell Tovey is Getting Married to Steve Brockman – Hell’s Yeah!

I have mildly online stalked Russell Tovey for a couple years, so hearing of his engagement to his rugby playing boyfriend Steve Brockman, is quite pleasant to hear. Brockman played rugby for the Kings Cross Steelers which is based in London. Which this is also the first gay inclusive rugby union club when they were founded in 1995. Steve has also moved across the world in 2017 to be with Tovey while Tovey was in New York’s National Theatre show Angels In America. No news on the actual date, but I will be following this closely. Both these guys seem spectacular together!

Marvel Comics Gets a “Fresh Start” in May (Again) – How is this Different from their Legacy Event?

I could have sworn last years ‘Legacy’ event in Marvel was their “Fresh Start,” but apparently it was not the case. To be honest, I have only been slightly more interested in Marvel Comics since they did their Rebirth, Legacy juncture. Maybe this will be something bigger. Or maybe they will do something more noteworthy. As it is, it sounds more like an excuse to start over titles with new #1’s, which is a horrible idea in my opinion. I shy away from #1s now as it seems to just be an overused gimmick. Let’s see what happens! In the attached video, Marvel just briefly shows what is to come with no real spoilers.

This is real. I thought it was a joke at first, but apparently it is a real 10 part series coming to YouTube Red. It has Ralph Macchio returning as Daniel Russo and William Zabka as returning back as Johnny. According to Entertainment Weekly, Xolo Maridueña will play as a bullied youngster who’s mentored by Johnny, while Tanner Buchanan plays Johnny’s son, who’s fighting to escape his father’s shadow. I’m slightly interested in watching this myself. What do you think of this?

Rodimus Unicronus – Power of the Primes Transformers Toy Figure Review

It’s Rodimus Unicronus! He’s the Shattered Glass evil mirror universe version of Rodimus Prime has been released from the Hasbro Power of the Primes series from the Transformers toyline. Thank you Leo for this figure! I’m a huge Rodimus fan and I love the sculpt on this guy. He’s identical to the Rodimus Prime figure that came from this line with the exception of the head and paint sculpt. Check out my thoughts on the figure in the attached video.

I absolutely adore Winnie the Pooh and Ewan McGregor is a crush that I have had for as far back as I can remember first seeing him. It helps a lot that he was also younger Obi Wan, but I liked him before that. This movie looks to be a different take on the Winnie the Pooh story that is taking place after Christopher Robin has grown up. The movie Hook immediately pops into my head. I am so ok with this and want to watch it. What do you think?
